The interactions with all the customers were equally genuine. One of the few places where I was asked if I had visited before and knew the kind of coffee to order. Consistency of coffee and the friendliness of the Felix team is extraordinary. Toasties are delicious and the house blend coffee is outrageously good. Sam really knows how to roast the beans and brew the coffee. Dirk and Billy are brilliant chaps. Look at Billy’s latest latte art

They have all taken the time to get to know me and make me feel welcome when I come. I do not hesitate to recommend it to everyone around me to check it out
