Very professional and friendly staff however the waiting time is ludicrous and you won't be seen for at least 1.5hrs no exaggeration. I let it fly the first time but I'm sitting here in the corridor filled with other unimpressed clients and thought to give others a heads up. One person just approached staff saying she's been here for 2 hours??? Make sure you've charged you phone, bring headphones and a cut lunch because your going to need it
