  TLDR: piss poor experience from the Midland Store Manager, if you are buying anything then go through another company or their Nedlands team. I had a call back from a Director the next day apologising and offering free delivery but at that point I'd rather not do business with them.

  After arriving at the Midland store to finalise a purchase (I had raised a PO a day or so prior via phone) I was told that I would have to pay an additional $60 Delivery Fee as the only unit in stock was the floor/demo model.
  
  Being a bit miffed that I would be charged for a something that I would normally fit in my car I asked the store person, who was a good guy, to contact his Manager to ask if it could be waived or if he could break it back down so that I could load it. He called his boss and was firmly told no.
  
  I asked if I could speak to the manager to discuss his reason why in more detail rather than an outright rejection. During the call I was very abruptly told by Store Manager (Pete/r) that they'd already unpacked it and that they wouldn't consider breaking it down or waiving the delivery fee, and that from his point of view I had gotten $100 of free assembly and a BBQ cover in the deal. I pointed out that the assembly wasn't requested and that the cover was part of the Webber E310 & E330 promotion that they had on.
  
  At that point asked if he was really wanting to lose the $2000 sale over this fee, and was told yes.
  
  After that I sadly handed the phone back to the store person, told him that his boss had essentially told me to stuff myself and left.
